Chedda now on US assignment
Dancehall artiste Tyrello Johnson better known as Chedda ois currently in the United States on a week-long promotional stint to raise the profile of his latest single Bad Inna Song.
According to the artiste, the track us currently enjoying popularity on the urban airwaves in Connecticut and the New York Tri-State area. As part of the campaign a series of radio and television interviews have been organised to officially introduce the artiste to that market.
The song featured on the soon-to-be-released Old Bring New riddim produced by Blackspyda Records was initially introduced on the mixtape circuit before eventually making its way onto the FM airwaves.
The creative composition which addresses to the recent spate of unfortunate beatings in the dancehall arena seems have found favour with the masses and his management has already enacted an aggressive campaign locally to promote the song leading into the New Year.
With two music video, Fake Jeans Admit It and Cleanest, the latter featuring QQ, in regular rotation throughout the Caribbean Diaspora, Chedda says he is looking to make an even greater impact in 2011.
