Triple-Dipped Fried Chicken Recipe.
This recipe is the real deal. Its the first fried chicken I've ever made that seems to taste better the second and third day. At the risk of sounding lame, I did change the recipe a bit. I brined the chicken before cooking. But that lovely cracker-like crust is just amazing.
